BOOKING FEE:
A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT OWED AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. ANY CHANGES, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS, MUST BE MADE BEFORE 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE 48 HRS MARK, AN ADDITIONAL BOOKING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT.
GIFT CARD POLICY
• GIFT CARDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
• BOUTIQUE DAY SPA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS.
• GIFT CARDS HAVE NO CASH VALUE, MAY NOT BE CONVERTED TO CREDIT, AND ARE NONTRANSFERABLE.
• GIFT CARDS ARE NOT REDEEMABLE AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE.
CHECK-IN:
PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE SPA RECEPTION DESK 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
NO SHOW POLICY:
ANY CLIENT THAT DOES NOT SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR CANCELS THE SAME DAY (WITHIN 24 HOURS) WILL FORFEIT THEIR BOOKING FEE. THE CLIENT WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS IN FULL BEFORE RESCHEDULING.
LATE ARRIVALS:
ARRIVING LATE FOR A SERVICE MAY REQUIRE US TO SHORTEN THE TREATMENT’S LENGTH NOT TO INCONVENIENCE OTHER CLIENTS.
SPA ETIQUETTE:
• THE USE OF CELL PHONES IS PROHIBITED.
• WHILE IN THE SPA, VOICES MUST BE KEPT AT A WISPER LEVEL.
• NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE BUILDING.
• THERE IS LIMITED SPACE IN THE SPA; AVOID BRINGING OTHER PEOPLE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT IN THE SUITE WHILE YOUR APPOINTMENT IS IN SESSION.
• PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN, BABIES, AND PETS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• ONLY THE CLIENT RECEIVING A SERVICE IS ALLOWED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:
BOUTIQUE DAY SPA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. PLEASE KEEP ALL PERSONAL ITEMS WITH YOU.
PLEASE NOTE:
IT IS AT THE SPA’S DISCRETION TO STOP A SERVICE OR REFUSE A SERVICE IF THE SERVICE PROVIDER FEELS UNSAFE, MISTREATED, OR HARASSED (VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY) BY A CLIENT OR IF THE SERVICE IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE CLIENT, DEPENDING ON THE CLIENT INFORMATION PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF CONSULTATION, MEDICAL HISTORY, INJURIES, OR COMPOSITION.
ALL SERVICE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
NO PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEORECORDING ARE ALLOWED DURING SERVICE APPOINTMENTS.
COMPLEMENTARY PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE CLIENTS OWN RISK.
